After we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number to the email address you have provided. If you do not receive a confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service at order@weat-studio.com.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the tracking details. Besides, you will be able to find the status of your order on your customer account.
All orders are shipped securely with DHL and usually take 1-3 working days for Germany. To all other EU countries, usually within 3-5 working days. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact order@weat-studio.com.
You may change or cancel your order before it is shipped out, or if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. In order to do so, please contact customer service at order@weat-studio.com as soon as possible.
We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, within 14 days.

As soon as we have received the items, we will process the return immediately and issue the refund to the payment method on file. The processing time depends on the payment provider and can take up to 10 working days.

Free shipping applies to all orders above 100 €. Standard shipping rate for Germany is 3,90 € and for all other EU countries it is 9,90 €.
