After we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number to the email address you have provided. If you do not receive a confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the tracking details. Besides, you will be able to find the status of your order on your customer account.

We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, within 14 days.
