RETURN POLICY
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Returned with all original packaging
- If a hangtag was attached to the item, it must still be attached
Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you
FREE GIFT PROMOTION
If your order included a free gift and your return brings the order value below the minimum threshold, the free gift must also be returned. If not, we reserve the right to reject your return or deduct the gift's value from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE
- Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For discounted or promotional purchases, refunds are issued for the amount paid at checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN?
It's easy — just follow these steps:
- Log into our returns portal here
- Choose the item(s) you'd like to return
- Pick a return reason
- Submit your request
- Receive your shipping label via email or download the QR code directly

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund — you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email or QR-code.
If an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is fully covered by us.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE GERMANY
Ordering from outside Germany? Please still register your return through our returns portal — this is required for every return. For international returns we cannot provide a prepaid label: you arrange the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs. We recommend a tracked and insured service. Once your return arrives, the refund works exactly as described below (no label costs are deducted).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once we've received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
