Care Instructions

Delicate material, treat with care. To maintain the refined texture of the hair-on finish, we advise gentle handling and minimal friction, as continuous contact with rough materials or surfaces may subtly diminish its original character over time.

Important Material Notice:

Suede is an open-pored, natural material. Please be advised that color migration (crocking) is an inherent characteristic of genuine suede and is technically unavoidable, especially when exposed to moisture, heat, or friction. This process is a natural property of the material and does not constitute a product defect.

The company assumes no liability for color transfer onto light-colored garments, upholstery, or other surfaces. It is the customer's responsibility to take precautionary measures, such as waterproofing the item before use and avoiding contact with sensitive materials. While color shedding will decrease over time, absolute colorfastness cannot be guaranteed due to the organic nature of the leather.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund — you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email or QR-code.

If an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is fully covered by us.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE GERMANY

Ordering from outside Germany? Please still register your return through our returns portal — this is required for every return. For international returns we cannot provide a prepaid label: you arrange the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs. We recommend a tracked and insured service. Once your return arrives, the refund works exactly as described below (no label costs are deducted).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Once we've received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
