DELIVERY TIMES

We offer fast and secure standard shipping with DHL. All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending product availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped we estimate delivery within 48h in Germany and 2-5 business days for EU. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. 

 

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

Those ordered products for shipment to countries outside of EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the said customs duties, taxes and fees. RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Returned with all original packaging 
• If a hangtag was attached to the item, it must still be attached
  

Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you

FREE GIFT PROMOTION

If your order included a free gift and your return brings the order value below the minimum threshold, the free gift must also be returned. If not, we reserve the right to reject your return or deduct the gift's value from your refund.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund — you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email or QR-code.

If an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is fully covered by us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Once we've received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
