We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the regulations listed below.

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days from the time the order was delivered or left for collection and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

🎄 Christmas Special: Extended right of return until January 7th, 2025 for all orders placed as of December 4th, 2024. 

Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with the original packaging and all labels, to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will not be reimbursed unless there is a defect in the goods.

Products that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way may be rejected. Therefore, please be careful when trying on the goods, as we cannot accept items with make-up and/or perfumed stains.

Please note: For returns that qualified for free shipping and are returned without exchange, our standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Personalized items and custom-made items are excluded from exchange and return.

If you purchase with a promotion code or on sale product, the refund will be for the amount of the actual payment, which was invoiced after the voucher was used. The general terms and conditions of the particular promotion applies.

HOW DO I RETURN?

If your order meets the above requirements, please follow the steps below to request your return. It's easy and fast!

  • Log in to your account here or click the profile icon in our store navigation.
    • Enter your Email address and then click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to our online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason.
  • Click Request Return. Done! So easy!

If your return request is approved (this can take up to 48h), you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return form. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Important: The return form must be enclosed with the shipment. Without an enclosed return receipt, we cannot identify the shipment and cannot arrange a refund.

    ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

    Unfortunately, the cost of return shipping on orders is not covered by us and will be your responsibility. Kindly bear with us on this as we are still a small business, and we are working every step of the way to make the overall return/exchange process as smooth and easy as possible.

    Please note that your package must be sufficiently stamped, and we strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return items and log the tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. We strongly recommend that you keep proof of postage so that you have proof if we do not receive your package.

    We understand that postal charges can be costly, so we do not expect express delivery for returns.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

    Please note that there is no notification of receipt. Once we receive your return, it will take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed in our warehouse. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund.

    The refund can only be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds from PayPal and credit cards may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
