WHAT YOU DO

  • Lead Content Production: Oversee all aspects of content creation, from ideation to execution, including organizing shoots and crafting innovative photo and video content. Additionally, collaborate with the founder and team to capture real-time content at events for social media stories, bringing our brand to life in dynamic and engaging ways.
  • Manage Platforms and Ad Strategies: Coordinate with our external agency, align content with paid ad campaigns, manage budgets, and introduce fresh ideas across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Additionally, you'll maintain and update our website and related tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, metrics tools, etc.) to ensure seamless integration with our marketing strategies.
  • Drive Communication and Brand Awareness: Ensure consistent brand messaging, grow awareness, and align internal and external teams.
  • Own Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and provide transparent, data-driven insights.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in social media management & content creation 
  • Preferred experience in e-commerce and fashion
  • Feeling for text and conception
  • Independent, organized, and reliable way of working
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Location: Munich
