WHO WE ARE

We're a fast-growing premium handbag brand based in Munich, with our operations hub in Fürth. Our bestselling Heart Bags and Halfmoon Bags are designed for special moments - from weddings to Oktoberfest. We've achieved 100% year-on-year growth and we're looking for someone to help us scale smartly.

THE ROLE

You'll be at the heart of our operations, keeping our e-commerce engine running smoothly. This isn't just data entry - you'll get hands-on experience across finance, supply chain, and customer fulfillment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Finance & Reporting

Support accounting processes and data entry
Prepare financial reports and documentation
Help maintain organized financial records

Supply Chain & Fulfillment:

Manage returns process from start to finish
Coordinate with our shipping team to ensure smooth operations
Process and book e-commerce orders
Optimize shipping workflows

WHAT YOU NEED

Currently enrolled university student (working student status)
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong communication skills - you're a natural team player
You thrive in fast-paced environments (not everything is perfectly organized yet - and that's the fun part!)
Fluent in German and English
Confident with MS Office (Excel, in particular)

Bonus points if you:

Have experience with Shopify, ERP systems, or logistics software
Love fashion and e-commerce
Can spot process improvements and aren't afraid to suggest them
